New Jersey Attorney Charles Novins Esq.

Credentials, Licensing, and Qualifications

Common sense dictates that an attorney is someone you hire to do a specific task, and that attorney needs to understand that achieving the client's goals (insofar as they meet our ethical standards, which are considerably more strict than required by law) is the main priority. It is always in a client's best interest to learn a bit about their prospective attorney's background, and it is always in everyone's best interest to make sure we deliver exactly what you need.

Charles Novins is son of the late Robert J. Novins, formerly a prominent attorney in the borough of Toms River, of the County's well-known planetarium.

Charles was exposed to the innerworkings of law at an early age, as he worked in his father's firm in his teenage years. In his college years, Charles explored the arts and liberal arts.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts, he then went on to pursue a distinguished academic career culminating in dual graduate degrees, earning his Juris Doctorate in 1987 and his Masters in Business Administration in 1989 taken with an Honors Scholarship.

Charles was admitted to the state and federal bars in 1987, and later designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney.

After earning his legal and administrative credentials, he soon joined the more-academic division of the Public Defender, arguing appeals in the upper New Jersey courts, including the Supreme Court. From there, Charles proceeded to lower courts, where he racked up an excellent success record arguing before more than 100 juries, with the total number of cases litigated in the thousands.

Charles has been devoted to private practice in the most recent years, preferring to give more personal attention to each of his clients.
